Kasah Enterprises LTD operates the Kasah platform (kasah.com.br), responsible for processing your personal data. We are the data controller for information collected through our platform, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).
We collect the following categories of data: (a) Registration data: name, email, phone number, and password (stored encrypted); (b) Profile data: photo, biography, and professional information (for agents); (c) Usage data: pages visited, searches conducted, interactions with profiles and listings; (d) Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers; (e) Communication data: messages sent through the contact form or support.
We use your data to: (a) Provide and improve our services; (b) Connect users to verified agents; (c) Personalize your experience on the platform; (d) Send relevant communications, such as confirmations, notifications, and updates (with the option to unsubscribe at any time); (e) Prevent fraud and ensure platform security; (f) Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We process your data based on the following legal bases under the LGPD: (a) Contract execution: to provide the services you requested; (b) Consent: to send marketing communications, when applicable; (c) Legitimate interest: to improve our services, prevent fraud, and ensure security; (d) Compliance with legal obligation: when required by law or competent authority.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with: (a) Registered agents, only the data necessary to facilitate the contact you requested; (b) Service providers that assist us in platform operations (hosting, payments, data analysis), bound by contractual confidentiality obligations; (c) Competent authorities, when required by law or court order.
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze platform performance, and personalize content. You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect some platform functionality.
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In the event of a security incident, we will notify you and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) as required by the LGPD.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. After account closure, we may retain data for up to 5 years for audit and legal compliance purposes, unless a different period is required by law.
Under the LGPD, you have the right to: (a) Confirm the existence of data processing; (b) Access your data; (c) Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; (d) Request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data; (e) Request data portability; (f) Revoke consent, when processing is based on it; (g) Object to processing in case of non-compliance with the law. We may transfer data to servers located outside Brazil, always ensuring that the destination country offers an adequate level of protection or that we have adopted appropriate contractual safeguards, as required by the LGPD.
The Kasah platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided their data, we will delete that information immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the last update will always be indicated at the top of this document.
