These terms govern use of the Kasah platform. Please read carefully before creating your account.

By accessing or using the Kasah platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services. Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Kasah is a digital platform that connects buyers, sellers, and renters with CRECI-verified real estate agents across Brazil. We are not a real estate agency and do not directly participate in negotiations between users and professionals.
To create an account on Kasah, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use. Kasah is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of your credentials.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to: (a) post false or misleading information; (b) use the platform for fraudulent purposes; (c) violate third-party rights; (d) interfere with platform operations; (e) attempt to access restricted areas without authorization.
Agents registered on Kasah undergo verification of their CRECI registration. However, Kasah does not guarantee the quality of services provided by professionals. We recommend that users check reviews and conduct their own research before hiring any service.
All content on the Kasah platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of Kasah Enterprises LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Kasah is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including acts of third parties. Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the user for our services in the past 12 months.
The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference. By using Kasah, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Kasah may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting our support team.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
